How do you prepare for crisis on your community?

I recently got the flu. I haven't had the flu in a long time and although I'm physically fit and active and pretty healthy, it has taken a toll on me. I pretty much went dark on all my ventures including my main Brand which usually gets my attention throughout most of the day.

But the flu like I said, really has done me in. I'm recovering now, thankfully and it isn't as serious as COVID-19 or anything like that but it still disabled me for a good 72 hours.

A 72 hour absence can hurt a community.

So how do you deal with a crisis that could create absence or a bad period for your community and do you implement a plan before it happens?
